Maya: Modelling a Chicken Coop

I modelled a chicken coop, not entirely as I still need to UV the objects before I duplicate and mirror the other pieces to make the whole coop. I began by importing a reference file from the tutorial and followed the tutorial until the build was completed thus far. All objects in the scene were made from cubes then shaped to fit the reference, bevelled and split evenly with edge loops - to prevent texture stretching later on. The next time I open this file I will be applying UV maps to the object and and mirroring the rest of the parts in ready to be textured.

Stage 1:

Made a cube, shaped it according to reference, bevelled and gave it equal edge loops. Deleted some faces to make sure there was a lower poly count at the end to prevent crashing and adjusted objects to create a nicer mesh to work with in the future, correcting any overlaps.

Stage 2:

Creating all parts necessary to the build ready to be mirrored when I next work on this.

The image above was what I was left with after modelling all the parts needed.
