Animation: Inanimate Objects

Today, I had to animate an inanimate object in three ways. The inanimate object I had to work with was a bag of flour and all animations were done at 12fps.

The first two animations I did were of the bag of flour trying to push two types of box: one heavy and one light. The light box was meant to zoom off and cause the sack to fall over whilst the other box was meant to be immovable. The third and final animation I had to do was of the flour bag trying to stand up and failing. I think I actually misunderstood this task though, as I think it was meant to struggle to stand whereas, mine stands on its own perfectly fine and then falls over. I also think I didn't do the heavy box animation right. As, I think it was meant to really struggle and push the box. Whereas, mine tries, can't budge it then goes back to being a basic sack of flour.

I think I did quite well though, I tried to not make the character fluctuate sizes which I think I succeeded in fairly well and I feel like my flour sacks are all quite charismatic and funny to watch.
