My main roles in this project were: Researcher, Director, Marketing Manager and Art Director. I found the director and marketing roles to be a little bit hard at times because it felt like there wasn't much to do. It was only towards the end of the project that I began to notice small adjustments that could have been made to the models and and other bits that I felt could have been altered a little bit (timing wise). But, at that point it was a little too late. I also helped out quite a bit with the concept designing, modelling, animating, lighting direction and render wrangling. As we all decided it would be best to work on one scene each. So I was tasked with animating the Bond scene.
I think the Bond scene was animated decently. I definitely need to work on my walk cycles and I need to practice 3D animation more. As there was many times that I forgot to keyframe moments and then that made the movements slow or made the next few movements not look right because of a limb not stopping in the right place beforehand. There was also the issue of the textures not loading on the rigs, I tried to reconnect them and reloaded the scene a few times as well however it never seemed to work. So I animated the scene with the characters coloured grey. Then found the fingers and feet were unable to bend, I tried to fix but couldn't manage it.
Overall, I feel proud of the concept art and models I made for the project. The project has also helped to highlight some areas I'd like to improve on in the future like 3D animation, walk cycles, digital painting, texturing and rigging.
